Our Tiny House Trailers are built in 3 Locations across the US (Southern California, Pennsylvania, Dallas, TX and Our Tiny House Shells in the SF Bay Area). It is free to pick up the trailer at our factories when they are built and ready for pickup.
You do not have to choose delivery or pickup when you place your order, you can let us know when your trailer is ready or the week leading up to completion.
Delivery to all 50 states and Canada is available at an additional cost through an outside company. If you would like a delivery quote, Please reply to the quote email with the address you would like the trailer delivered to and we will forward your information to one of the shippers below and have them contact you directly with a quote.

Delivery payments are made directly to the 3rd party shipper and can not be combined on the trailer invoice. Lead times for actual delivery depend on a number of factors. The balance on the trailer must be paid in full before the transportation company can pick it up and ship it out for delivery.
