FEATURES

  • All trailers are designed and built with box tube construction, including main frame rails and crossmembers. 2 5/16in Ball Coupler, Electric Brakes with 7-way Connector, Back up Battery with Sway-a-way Safety System, Dual Safety Chains, Sealed Wiring Harness and Heavy duty Crossmembers 16in on Center. Outside the main frame rails (82in on a 102in trailer and 96in on a 10ft wide trailer) we use an outer frame rail and crossmembers to match the inner deck. This modern deck design eliminates the thermal bridging and mold issues that our competitors have with their flange style trailer frames. Our heavy-duty crossmembers allow you to use the trailer as the subfloor and eliminate the need to build a wooden subfloor like some companies require.

  • Deck Widths

Each trailer is designed and custom built for you, You can select the deck width in any full measurement up to 102in on our standard decks for the same price. Any deck 102in – 120in will be considered a 10ft wide oversized trailer. (We do also offer 12ft, wide models, from our texas location only)

  • Deck Heights

Standard Deck with straight axles is 26in from Grade, Optional Drop Axles is 22in above. Deckover Design (Deckover the Axles, Flat Deck, Single Level Tiny House) has a 36in Deck Height. These are unladen deck heights, (empty trailer) Our Competitors tend to provide measurements after the house is built, with that in mind, you can expect our trailers to settle approx 1in.

  • Certified Trailer Frames

As a member of NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing) Our Trailers exceed stage 1 of your tiny house certification, ready for you to take over and start stage 2, Rough framing. Using a certified trailer frame will ease the process and as Certified tiny house builders ourselves, we can guide you through that process. Certifying your tiny house will ease insurance requirements and open up parking and placement as many municipalities are now requiring Certification from NOAH.

THE TOP 3 TINY HOUSE TRAILER OPTIONS

4in Drop Axles

Lower the deck 4″ for increased headroom and a easier approach into the tiny house. the most popular option we have. available in all GVWRs.

Flush Crossmembers

Have the crossmember placed flush with the top of the deck to save vertical height by insulating inside the trailer and using it as your subfloor. This method also saves weight, time and money.

12in Extended Tongue

Extend your trailer tongue by 12″ for increased room for Propane tanks, A/C System and exterior storage.
