We built this custom tiny house shell for a family in Georgia. https://www.TinyHouseBasics.com/shells This Shell includes the standard features of 4 windows, a Glass front door, a Standing Seam Metal Roof, an Insulated Subfloor, T1-11 Siding, and a Shed Roof. The Customer added 8 additional windows, Upgraded to a french door, Added exterior paint in Dignity Blue from Sherwin Williams plus added an exterior storage cabinet with a special interior catio for their pets.
